PokeDama custom. We do take custom requests now for one of a kind kendamas. Customs start off at $25 for custom solid color ball and up depending on the complexity of the custom (for example these pokedamas are priced at $45 each). Our Hand Brushed Series presents a new color - Kryptonite

The Kryptonite is coming! Production starts today on the newest color in our hand brushed metallic series. Be sure to pick one up on our online store very soon! We anticipate them to be ready to ship by next week with a possibility of Tuesday release.

At the end of month we will hold a giveaway for customers that month. So any one who buys in that month is automatically entered into the giveaway. First batch of orders

This was Saturday night. Got all orders and promos all sorted and today (Monday) got most of them packaged up and ready for shipping. Finish the rest tomorrow morning for morning shipping. Was a good opening weekend. Alot of orders came through! Excited for what comes next!

Mobile Site Issue Fixed

     A minor glitch has been fixed on the mobile site. I had heard that people could not order on their mobile phones that the website would not load the proper links to obtain access to our online store. I checked it out and now I am glad to say that I have resolved the issue. So now you are able to go on www.akokendamas.com on your iphone or droid and be able to see the full site. All with links included to go straight to the online store. Im sorry for inconvenience this issue may have caused anyone...

    All and all the first day of open business went pretty well! Had more orders come in than anticipated. Which is great! And we have a bunch more pending sales. If you used the discount code "FRI13TH10" good job! If you missed the using the code, no worries we will be doing one day discount codes periodically!

Dear Friends & Family,

Well the wait is finally over! AKO Kendamas is officially up for business. Right now we have our first 3 kendamas released. We have tons more customs that we are working on and will be released in limited quantities. Why limited? Because we want our kendamas to have a collectors value to them. Over saturating the market with unlimited kendamas doesn't drive people to want to obtain your product or hold any value to it. It'll just be another kendama that you can keep buying. We don't believe in that, what we believe in is small batches. Small run of customs that once run...that's it. That version will no longer be produced. There's so much we have planned, I hope you stick around and ride this kendama wave with us.

Also Tees will be up soon! I believe we have 3 designs releasing as well. My business partner Arbel and owner of AKO Apparel along with our designer Ivan will be putting those up soon. You guys will love what they've got planned on the apparel end! Gonna be exciting stuff!

The Release Is Almost Here!

     On Friday the 13th AKO Kendamas will release it's first set of kendamas! 3 versions will make it's debut on Friday. Our Natty, our Finished tama on Dark Stain, and our Purple Reign tama on Grey Stain! There's only a limited quantity so be sure to get your first AKO Kendama. Much like another kendama brand we also believe in the small batch theory. Adds value to our kendamas, doesn't over saturate the market and make it look like we're just here to make a buck.
